Yoga Sculpt - Virtual

Yoga Sculpt is a well-rounded, fun and energetic way to combine yoga flow and HIIT! It starts with connecting to the breath and body, then moves into dynamic stretching followed by three rounds of high intensity flow (with or without weights) that strengthens and builds lean muscle, helps to improve cardiovascular health and can help boost metabolism. And finally, time to slow things back down with the breath and cooling postures.

What to bring: Yoga Mat, Small Towel, Water
